Pas finalizimit te biresimit eshte detyre e KSHB te ndjeke pershtashmerine e femijes ne familjen biresuese, e cila shoqerohet me plotesim formularesh te shoqeruar me fotografi nga punonjesit e institucionit apo edhe me vizita te specialiteve te KSHB ne shtepite e tyre. Kjo eshte persa i takon biresimit vendas.

Per biresimin ndervendas raporti pasbiresues vjen nga agjencia e huaj me te cilen bashkepunon KSHB ne afate te percaktuara ne marreveshjen dypaleshe .
